MODIFIED [PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT DYNATRACE LLC'S OPPOSED MOTION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE RELIEF FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO SERVE INVALIDITY CONTENTIONS

The Court, having reviewed and considered the papers submitted by the parties in connection with Defendant Dynatrace LLC's ("Dynatrace") opposed motion for administrative relief for an extension of time to serve Invalidity Contentions, hereby orders that Dynatrace's opposed motion for administrative relief is GRANTED. Defendant Dynatrace shall seive its Invalidity Contentions and related disclosures pursuant to Patent Local Rule 3-3 not later than 90 days after Dynatrace serves its response to Plaintiff Software Research, Inc.'s operative Complaint (currently D.N. 31).
