JOINT STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER CONTINUING CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

Pursuant to Local Rules 6-1 and 6-2, Plaintiffs, and Defendant Premier Nutrition Corporation ("Premier"), through their respective counsel of record (collectively, "the Parties"), hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the Court's approval, as follows:

WHEREAS, the Court set a case management conference in Mullins and the related actions to take place on June 28, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. (Mullins, ECF No. 251);

WHEREAS, due to international work-related travel, lead counsel for Defendant cannot attend the case management conference on June 28, 2018;

WHEREAS, the Parties have met and conferred and given their respective schedules and the Court's unavailability according to the online calendar, the Parties propose a continuance of the case management conferences until July 19, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. This request for a continuance is made in good faith and to accommodate the work-related travel of defense counsel.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the Parties, through their respective counsel and subject to the Court's approval, that:

1) the case management conferences in the above-related actions shall take place on July 19, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.; and 2) the Parties shall submit a case management statement by July 12, 2018.

IT IS SO STIPULATED, THROUGH COUNSEL OF RECORD.

The filing attorney attests that he has obtained concurrence regarding the filing of this document from the signatories to this document.

[PROPOSED] ORDER

Having reviewed the above Joint Stipulation and Proposed Order Continuing Case Management Conference, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court finds that good cause exists for the entry of this Order. The case management conference shall be held on July 19, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. The Parties shall submit a case management statement by June 12, 2018.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
