Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff Sean Butler ("Mr. Butler") and Defendants California Sierra Express, Inc. and Howard Yamada ("Defendants") hereby stipulate as follows:
