ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL OF PLAINTIFF UN U IM'S COMPLAINT AGAINNT DEFENDANT HOME DEPOT U.S.A. INC.'S WITH PREJUDICE, AND ORDER

Plaintiff UN U IM ("Plaintiff") and Defendant HOME DEPOT U.S.A., INC. ("Home Depot") (collectively the "Parties") do hereby submit this Stipulation for Dismissal of Plaintiff's Complaint against Home Depot and Order pursuant to F.R.C.P. Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). This dismissal of all of Plaintiff's claims against Home Depot is with prejudice. The Parties shall bear their own attorney's fees and costs.

IT IS SO STIPULATED, THROUGH COUNSEL OF RECORD.

PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
