Upon consideration of the parties Joint Stipulation for a Briefing Sche' dule and Shortening Time for Hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion for Limited Expedited Discovery (Containing Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint),
THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Plaintiffs' Notice of Motion and Motion for Limited Expedited Discovery (Containing Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint) will be filed by October 3, 2018;
2. Defendants will file their opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion by October 18, 2018;
3. Plaintiffs will file their reply in support of their Motion by October 26, 2018; and
4. Plaintiffs' Motion shall be heard by the Court on November 16, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.*
PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED.
