ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR COPIES; INSTRUCTIONS TO CLERK

(Docket No. 51)

Plaintiff, a California inmate, filed the instant pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against staff at the Humboldt County Correctional Facility ("HCCF"), for deliberate indifference to serious medical needs. Plaintiff has filed a motion for copies of medical records filed in another pending matter to be filed in the instant action and copies to be provided to him. (Docket No. 51.)

With respect to the filing of medical records from another pending action, Plaintiff must file them as exhibits in support of a proper brief explaining their relevance to this action. Without such an explanatory brief, there is no basis for filing any records in this action. Secondly, Plaintiff may obtain copies of documents filed with the Court but must pay the necessary costs. The Clerk of the Court shall send Plaintiff the appropriate form and instructions to do so.

This order terminates Docket No. 51.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
