WHEREAS, Plaintiffs Resolute Forest Products, Inc., Resolute FP US, Inc., Resolute FP Augusta, LLC, Fibrek General Partnership, Fibrek US, Inc., Fibrek International Inc., and Resolute FP Canada, Inc.
