STIPULATION TO CONTINUE INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE; PROPOSED ORDER

RICHARD SEEBORG, District Judge.
Defendants Tamalpais Union High School District and David Yoshihara have each filed respective Motions to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint. These Motions were set for hearing on May 23, 2019.
On May 20, 2019, the Court Clerk served the parties with notice that the motions scheduled for hearing on May 23, 2019 "shall be submitted without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b). Accordingly, the motion hearing is vacated."
As of the date of this Stipulation, the parties have not received a ruling from the Court on Defendants' respective motions.
With these motions to dismiss still pending, the parties hereby stipulate that the Initial Case Management Conference currently scheduled for August 1, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. shall be continued to October 10, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
The parties further stipulate that the Joint Case Management Statement that is currently due on July 25, 2019 shall be due on October 3, 2019.
