Mr. D'Agostino's October 14, 2014 letter identifies three motions in limine. (Doc. # 6833) Mr. D'Agostino states: "The three motions in limine relate directly to the issues and evidence to be presented at trial, and are interrelated to each other. We submit that the Court presiding over trial should consider and decide these motions. I will leave these three matters to be resolved by whatever judge takes over the trial of this matter.
