APPEARANCES: Ronald C. LaFace, Post Office Box 1752, Tallahassee, Florida, for the Board of Cosmetology
By this complaint the Florida State Board of Cosmetology seeks to revoke, annul, withdraw or suspend the license of Ondina Sosa d/b/a Stonewall, Inc. on the grounds that on December 30, 1974 she did allow Vasiliki Kosmas and Geri Louise Greenbaum to engage in the practice of cosmetology in her salon without valid cosmetology licenses in violation of Section 477.02(6) Florida Statutes. Exhibit 1, receipt for Notice of Hearing sent by Certified Mail, was admitted into evidence.
On December 30, 1974 the inspector for the Board of Cosmetology visited Stonewall, Inc. salon on a regular inspection. Upon her arrival she found two operators operating with expired licenses. No evidence was submitted by respondents. From the foregoing the hearing officer concludes that Ondina Sosa d/b/a Stonewall, Inc. is guilty as alleged. It is therefore,
RECOMMENDED that Ondina Sosa d/b/a Stonewall, Inc. be issued a letter of reprimand.
ENTERED this 15th day of July, 1975 in Tallahassee Florida.
