A copy of the Order is attached to this Final Order as “BACKGROUND This is a proceeding to determine whether the Town of Davie (‘the Town”) Comprehensive Plan Amendment adopted by Ordinance No. 98-46 on November 18, 1998, is “in compliance” with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, Ch. 163, Part II, Florida Statutes. a The parties entered into a Stipulated Settlement Agreement which required the Town to t certain remedial amendments. The Town adopted the remedial amendments and the FINAL ORDER NO. DCA01-GM-130 and the remedial amendments to be “in compliance,” as that term is defined in Subsection 163.3184(1)(b), Florida Statutes. The parties subsequently filed a Joint Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction. The Administrative Law Judge issued his Order Closing File (copy attached hereto). No Exceptions to the Administrative Law Judge’s Order were filed.
