The foregoing award is made on behalf | of Philip Ricky |
Michel. No award of non-economic damages have been made for Marie Kettley Prezeau or Dennis Michel, individually, or as the parents of Philip Ricky Michel.
In addition to the foregoing award, Defendants are to pay attorney's fees and costs to Claimants in the amount of
$28,440.00. Claimants' request that an enhancement multiplier be used in determining attorney's fees was denied. Defendants shall also pay the costs associated with the arbitration hearing: a fee at the rate of $250.00 per hour, portal to portal, to each arbitrator other than the Chief Arbitrator, and the costs of the court reporter.
