FINAL ORDER
THIS CAUSE is before me as the result of a Recommended Order of Dismissal that
was issued by an Administrative Law Judge assigned by the Division of Administrative
Hearings, to hear this case.
The Recommended Order of Dismissal concludes that the Petitioners failed to
appear at the hearing. | agree with, adopt and incorporate herein, the Recommended Order
of Dismissal in its entirety.
And the undersigned being otherwise duly advised, the Petitioners’ request for
