ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT
COMES NOW, the Petitioner, Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board, hereinafter referred
to as "Petitioner," and files this Administrative Complaint against ANTHONY WARE, hereinafter
referred to as "Respondent," and alleges:
1. Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as
licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as
amended.
2. Respondent is a certified roofing contractor having been issued license C-5750 (RC0066130).
Respondent's last known address is 442 3®° Street NW, Largo, FL 33770.
3. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for Warf Roofing.
COUNT ONE
4. On or about December 18, 2000, Respondent assisted an unlicensed person in the practice of
contract roofing at 1630 Eden Court,
5. Performing any act which assists an unlicensed person in contracting is a violation of section 24
(2)(e), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended,
COUNT TWO
6. Paragraphs 4 - 5 are restated as if in full.
7. Respondent committed misconduct in the practice of contracting.
Based on the foregoing, Respondent violated Section 24 (2)(d)(e)G)(m), Chapter 89-504, Laws of
Florida, as amended.
