FINAL ORDER
This matter came before the Department for entry of Final Orders upon submission of the
Order Closing Files by Jeffrey B. Clark, an Administrative Law Judge of the Division of
Administrative Hearings, copies of which are attached and incorporated by reference in this
order. Case numbers 01-1009 and 01-1031 have been consolidated upon the Department’s own
motion. The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing Files as its Final Order in these cases.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Petitioner, Advantage Chrysler Plymouth Dodge, Inc.,
be granted a license as a franchised Jeep dealership at 18311 U.S. Highway 441, Mt. Dora (Lake
County), Florida, upon compliance with all applicable requirements of Section 320.27, Florida
Statutes, and all applicable Department rules.
