C01-39 ~ RANDY HENDRICK Respondent ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT COMES NOW, the Petitioner, Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board, hereinafter referred to as "Petitioner," and files this Administrative Complaint against RANDY HENDRICK, hereinafter referred to as "Respondent," and alleges: 1. Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2. Respondent is a certified roofing contractor having been issued license C-6814 (RC0066738). Respondent's last known address is 1956 Wolford Road, Clearwater, FL 33760. 3. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for Hendrick Roofing, Inc. COUNT ONE 4. On or about May 24, 1999, Respondent obtained a permit to build a metal roof-over at 8685 Kumquat Avenue. 5. Respondent allowed his license to be used by an unqualified unlicensed person to perform roofing contract work in violation of section 489.129(1)(e), Florida Statutes. COUNT TWO 6. Respondent by allowing his license to be used by an unlicensed person and then by not repairing the owner's leaking roof evidenced fraud or deceit or gross negligence, incompetence, or misconduct in the practice of contracting in violation of section 24(2) (m), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended.
