LOGAR, SR. _ oh ~ my * Respondent O (27/ Migiy 4, hy he ed / bey, a te ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT COMES NOW, the Petitioner, Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board, hereinafter referred to as "Petitioner," and files this Administrative Complaint against JOSEPH M. LOGAR, SR., hereinafter referred to as "Respondent," and alleges: i 1. Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as | licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2, Respondent is a certified carpentry specialty contractor having been issued license C-6328 and a certified plaster and stucco specialty contractor (C-7308). Respondent's last known address is 2758 Tasha Drive, Clearwater, FL 33761. , 3. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for AAA Services, Inc. COUNT ONE 4. On or about January 17, 2001, Respondent was found to have an employee installing a water heater at 2955 Whitney Road. 5. At no time prior to the work did Respondent obtain a permit as required by section 104, Standard Plumbing Code, 1994 edition, as amended. COUNT TWO 6. Paragraphs 4 - 5 are restated as if in full. 7. Performing contracting work outside the scope of licensure is a violation of section 24 (2)(g), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. COUNT THREE 8. On or about November 10, 2000, Respondent contracted to remodel a bathroom at 1204 Orchard Drive for $900, to include permits. 9. At no time prior to the work did Respondent obtain a permit as required by section 104, Standard Building Code, 1997 edition, as amended. . COUNT FOUR 10. Paragraphs 8 — 9 are restated as if in full. 11. Respondent installed masonry sills and glass windows outside the scope of licensure in violation of section 24 (2)(g), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. Based on the foregoing, Respondent violated Section 24 (2)(d)(g)(j)(m)(n), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. SIGNED this 9th day of March, 2001.
