Respondent is in violation of Section 493.6118(1)(g), Florida Statutes. Count II During the period November 17, 1995 through December 11, 2000, in Broward County, Florida, Respondent conducted the activities of a manager without a valid lh ala al el manager's license. kespondent is in violation of Section 490.6118(1)(g), Florida Statutes. Count Ill During the period November 17, 1995 through December 11, 2000, in Broward , County, Florida, Respondent knowingly violated a Cease and d Desist Order by performing the services of a recovery agent. Respondent is is in 1 violation of Section * 493.61 18(1)(k), Florida Statutes. Count Iv During the period November 17, 1995 through December 11, 2000, in Broward County, Florida, Respondent knowingly violated a Cease and Desist Order by conducting the services of a recovery agency manager. Respondent is in violation of — Section 493. 6118(1)(k), Florida Statutes. WHEREFORE, Petitioner intends to take disciplinary action pursuant to Section 493.6118(2), Florida Statutes, including, but not limited to a reprimand, probation, administrative fines, suspension of licenses or revocation of licenses.
