FINAL ORDER This proceeding was initiated by The Health Center of Merritt Island’s (“Petitioner”) letter of April 13, 2001 requesting a formal hearing to contest the Agency for Health Care Administration’s (“Agency”) determination regarding the per diem rate applicable to the Petitioner’s application for a Change of Ownership (“CHOW”). Petitioner was notified of the Agency’s decision by letter dated April 3, 2001. Prior to the final hearing in this matter, the parties reached a settlement in related cases, which are identified in the Petitioner’s “Notice of Withdrawal of Petition”. On June 12, 2001, Petitioner filed its Notice of Withdrawal of Petition, and the administrative law judge entered an order of June 15, 2001 closing the Division of Administrative Hearing’s file. .
