ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT

be moved to a smaller room in an inconvenient location, and he assigned her to teach ‘at risk’
students even though she had not received any training to teach such a class and other teachers had.
received this training. Respondent refused to consider Ms. Lent on several occasions for
supplemental employment positions despite Ms Lent’s obvious qualification for the supplements.
