Ina Final Agency Audit Report dated October 30, 1998, the Agency advised the Petitioner of an alleged overpayment in the amount of $116,356.35. The Petitioner submitted additional documentation for review and the overpayment was adjusted to $2,082.45. Subsequently, the Petitioner submitted additional documentation on the one patient still at issue and the overpayment was adjusted to $0. Therefore, the above-styled matter is moot and no other matter is pending. Based on the foregoing, the request for a hearing is dismissed and the file is CLOSED.
