On August 2, 2004, the Petitioner filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal stating it was dismissing its Petitions for Formal Administrative Hearing in the above-referenced cases. On August 6, 2004, the ALJ issued an Order Closing Files based on the Petitioner’s Notice of Voluntary Dismissal.
