The Schoo! Board has agreed to withdraw the charges of violations under School Board Policy 8.25 (1)(c) and (q), for the purposes of this termination. It is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, by the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, in regular session that the recommendation of the Superintendent be accepted and confirmed. BOLIVIA WALKER shall be dismissed from her employment effective October 9, 2002. BOLIVIA WALKER is hereby notified of her right to appeal this Order to the Second District Court of Appeal by filing notice of the intent to do so upon the Clerk of the Court and the Clerk of the Schoo!
