FINAL ORDER
WHEREAS, by letter dated May 6, 2002, the Superintendent of Schools for Pinellas
County, Florida, recommended to the Pinellas County School Board that BOLIVIA WALKER
be dismissed from her employment for violations of School Board Policies 8.25 (1)(c)(q)(v) and
(x), and
WHEREAS, BOLIVIA WALKER timely requested a hearing, which hearing request was
withdrawn at her hearing on September 20, 2002, in the presence of Administrative Law Judge
William Quattlebaum, and
WHEREAS, based on an agreement with Staff Attorney, Jackie Spoto Bircher, BOLIVIA
WALKER has consented to withdraw her request for an administrative hearing and be
terminated from her employment for violations of Pinellas County School Board Policies 8.25
(1)(v) and(x). The Schoo! Board has agreed to withdraw the charges of violations under School
Board Policy 8.25 (1)(c) and (q), for the purposes of this termination. It is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, by the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, in
regular session that the recommendation of the Superintendent be accepted and confirmed.
BOLIVIA WALKER shall be dismissed from her employment effective October 9, 2002.
BOLIVIA WALKER is hereby notified of her right to appeal this Order to the Second
District Court of Appeal by filing notice of the intent to do so upon the Clerk of the Court and
the Clerk of the Schoo! Board within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order.
