FINAL ORDER
This matter came before the Department for entry of a Final Order upon submission of
Orders Closing File by P. Michael Ruff, an Administrative Law Judge of the Division of
Administrative Hearings, in the DOAH cases whose numbers are set out above, which cases are
protests of the same relocation'. The Department hereby consolidates these cases and adopts the
Orders Closing File (copies of which are attached and incorporated by reference in this order) as
its Final Order in this matter.
Accordingly, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Petitioner, TT Of Jacksonville, Inc., d/b/a Jacksonville
Chrysler Jeep be permitted to relocate its dealership to a proposed location at 11101 Nursery
' A third protest to this relocation was disposed of by Final Order #HSMV-04-265-S-DMV on May 21, 2004.
Because the two protests that are the subject of this order were still pending, the May 21, 2004, Order merely closed
the file without granting permission to relocate.
Fields Drive, Jacksonville, (Duval County), Florida, 32256, for the sale of Chrysler Jeep
vehicles, and that its license shall be amended accordingly, upon compliance with all applicable
requirements of Section 320.27, Florida Statutes, and all applicable Department rules.
