FINAL ORDER


THIS CAUSE was considered by the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, at its regular meeting held at 5 p.m. on April 26, 2005, and the Board, having received and reviewed the record and the recommended order of the Administrative Law Judge, William F. Quattlebaum, and being fully advised in the premises,

THEREFORE, determines that the facts of this case warrant the recommended penalty of termination.

IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED by the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, that:


  1. The recommended order dated March 11, 2005, to terminate the employment of the Respondent, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, be, and the same is hereby adopted as the Final Order of the School Board.

  2. The Respondent, Minnie L. Moody, is hereby dismissed and terminated as an employee of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida, effective the end of the workday, April 26, 2005. The Respondent shall be eligible for re-employment in the position of bus driver
