On January 26, 2005, the Respondent filed an Agreed Motion to Close File based on the fact that the Petitioner had submitted a request to withdraw her petition for formal hearing. On January 28, 2005, the Administrative Law Judge assigned to the case issued an Order Closing File based on the Respondent’s Agreed Motion to Close File.
