FINAL ORDER
THIS CAUSE concems a Petition for Formal Administrative Hearing that the Petitioner
filed on January 14, 2005.
On January 25, 2005, the Petition was forwarded to the Division of Administrative
Hearings (“DOAH”) by the Agency and assigned to an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”).
On February 7, 2005, the Petitioner filed a Response to Order to Show Cause stating it
had no objection to the dismissal of its Petition for Formal Administrative Hearing since it was
not required by law.
On February 8, 2005, the ALJ issued an Order Closing File based on the Petitioner’s
Response to Order to Show Cause.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
