TROY PAYNE, JR., hereinafter referred to as "Respondent," and alleges: 1. Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 75- 489, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2. Respondent is a Certified General Contractor having been issued license I|-CGC022901 (CGC022901). Respondent is also a Certified Roofing Contractor having been issued license I-CCC022483 (CC C022483). Respondent's last known address is PO Box 15489, St. Petersburg, FL 33733. 3. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for Troy Payne Restoration & Interiors, Inc. COUNT ONE 4. On or about November 12, 2002, Respondent contracted with homeowner Young to remodel the home at 341 - 20" Avenue S, St. Petersburg, FL 33705 for $59,491.22. 5. Respondent failed to obtain inspection of the work as required by St. Petersburg and Section 105, Florida Building Code 2001 - Building in violation of Section 489.129 (1)(o), Florida Statutes and Section 24(2)(n), Chapter 75-489, Laws of Florida, as amended. Based on the foregoing, Respondent is in violation of Section 105, Florida Building Code 2001 — Building; Section 489.129 (1)(0}, Florida Statutes and Section 24(2)(d){j)(m)(n), Chapter 75-489, Laws of Florida, as amended.
