Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Judge Dean’s order reflects that the matter was before him on Petitioner’s “Motion to Dismiss the Hearing.” A review of that document reflects that Petitioner moved that the hearing scheduled for the case be dismissed, indicating that “Petitioner does not have a Counsel to represent her at the Hearing, and she is not prepared to represent herself.” Consequently, Judge Dean indicated, “The Motion to Dismiss is granted,” and ordered the file of the Division of Administrative Hearings closed. ; The Commission’s rules reflect that a Petition for Relief from an Unlawful Employment Practice “may be dismissed by the Petitioner without order of the administrative law judge, Panel of Commissioners or Commission (i) by serving, or during hearing by stating on the record, a notice of dismissal at any time before the issuance of the recommended order...
