Reporter states that Pizza Hut General Manager "Robert" has been aware for more than a month that “bugs are living
in booths where people sit," that "roaches" infest the kitchen and dishwasher area, that insects crawl all over the booth
seating area and customers have refused to be seated when they observed insects crawling all over booth seating
area. Reporter states staff have reported the infestation of insects and roaches “living” in restaurant, and that the
“staff joke about it." Reporter requests anonymous report.
