Between March and August 2004, SCA Engineering and Corbutting employees sent out hundreds of reports under the Seal of Respondent th had not been prepared or produced by him or under his responsible charge. 6. At all times retevant to this administrative complaint, Respot{dent’s address was more than 200 miles from the office from which SCA’s reports were issued. fl 7. Respondent facilitated use of his seal on the SCA reports by embossing seal with his name and license number at the office of SCA. if 8. Respondent knew or should have known that SCA used his deal on ‘ i hundreds of reports that Respondent did not prepare, produce or review. i. 9.
