Having fully considered the Presiding Officers Recommended Order and the record of the case and, in the absence of any exceptions to the Recommended Order, I hereby adopt the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as set forth therein, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. : Pursuant to the Recommended Order, the Bureau of Auditing conducted an audit to verify Respondent’s compliance with the SRX licensure requirements for the period from November 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006. The audit revealed that Respondent is not in compliance with the SRX licensure requirements. In consideration thereof, it is hereby ORDERED that license number 60- 13614 be REVOKED effective May 31, 2006. If otherwise qualified, Respondent may apply for another type of alcoholic beverage license upon satisfaction of all other requirements.
