On October 17, 2006, the Petitioners in DOAH Case Nos. 06-2945, 06-2949, 06-3125, and 06-3174 filed Responses’ to American Honda Motor Company's Notice of Withdrawal and Motion to Dismiss (Responses), in which they requested that the undersigned "accept, ratify and approve American Honda Motor Company's withdrawal of its May 17, 2006 Notice of Intent to Replace the Existing Honda/Acura Sales and Service Agreement with a succeeding Honda/Acura Sales and Service Agreement and the withdrawal of the new proposed Honda/Acura Sales and Service Agreement and enter an Order dismissing this action and finding that the Petitioners and any of their successors, transferees or assigns shall continue to operate _ under the existing Sales and Service Franchise Agreement and that the existing Sales and Service Franchise Agreement shall have full force and effect and for any further relief which this Court may deem just and appropriate." on October 19, 2006, American Honda filed a Reply to Response to Notice of Withdrawal of Proposed Dealer Agreement for Consideration by Petitioners and Motion to Dismiss as Moot, in which it argued that "[n]either DOAH nor DHSMV has jurisdiction to grant the relief requested by Petitioners." . American Honda's withdrawal of the proposed agreements having, rendered the instant controversies moot, the files of the Division of Administrative Hearings in these consolidated cases are hereby closed and these matters are returned to the agency with the recommendation that the agency enter a final order of dismissal and take no further action with respect to these Matters. See Carlin v. State, No. 1D05-4235, 2006 Fla. App. LEXTS 17204 *4-5 (Fla, ist DCA October 16, 2006); and A.G. v. Department of Children & Family Services, 932 So. 2d 311, 313-314 (Fla. 2nd DCA 2006).
