ORANGE COUNTY and DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, Respondents. An Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings has entered an | Order Closing File in this proceeding. A copy of the Order is attached to this Final Order as | Exhibit A. This is a proceeding to determine whether a portion of the Orange County (County) Comprehensive Plan Amendment 06-1 adopted by Ordinance Number 2006-08 on June 13, 2006, is “in compliance” with the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, Ch. 163, Part II, Florida Statutes (the “Act”). DCA08-GM-298 The Department published a notice of intent to find a portion of the amendment to be “in compliance.’ Camino Reale Properties, LLC, timely filed a Petition for a Formal Administrative Hearing to challenge that proposed finding. The Department forwarded the Petition to the . Division of Administrative Hearings where the case was assigned to the Administrative Law Judge. Holland Properties, Inc., sought and was granted leave to intervene in alignment with Petitioner Camino Reale. At the parties’ request, the Administrative Law Judge placed the case in abeyance for settlement discussions. ‘Subsequently, on July 16, 2008, Petitioner Camino Reale and Intervenor Holland voluntarily withdrew their respective Petitions. The Administrative Law Judge issued an Order Closing File on that same date. No Exceptions to the Administrative Law Judge’s Order were filed. ORDER WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned proceeding is DISMISSED, and the Agency Clerk is directed to close the file. DONE AND ORDERED in Tallahassee, Florida. Shaw P.
