The . Commission seeks to impose disciplinary action upon the referenced individual based on the following allegations: 1. Respondent was certified by the Criminal, Justice Standards and Training Commission on March 21, 1990, and was issued Correctional Certificate Number 75624 and on May 12, 1999, was issued Instructor Certificate Number 212961. 2 (a. Onor about August 7, 2005, the Respondent, Bruce E. Taylor, did unlawfully ' and intentionally commit an, assault upon Michelle Taylor and Dean Radney, by threatening by word or act to do violence to said person, coupled with an apparent ability to do so, and by doing . , an act which created a well-founded fear in said Michelle Taylor and Dean Radney that said violence was imminent, ‘by poititing a firearm and threatening to Kill each of them: with a deadly Weapon, to-wit: a 9mm firearm. Taylor, did unlawfully commit a battery upon Michelle Taylor, by actually touching or striking Michelle Taylor or intentionally causing bodily harm to Michelle Taylor against her will. ¢. On or about August 7, 2005, the Respondent, Bruce E. Taylor, did unlawfully, wantonly or maliciously shoot at, within, or into, of throw a missile, or hurl or project a stone or other hard substance which would produce death or great bodily harm, at, within or into a dwelling located at 2335 Sand Pond Road, Westville, FL, 32464, the property of Michelle Taylor and Dean, Radney. 3. The actions of the Respondent did violate ‘the provisions of Section 784.021 (1)(a)(2 cts), 784.03, 790.19 or any lesser included offenses, Section 943.1395(6) and/or (7), Florida Statutes, and/or Rules 11B-27.0011(4)a,a,b,a and/or 11B-20.0012(1)(8), Florida Administrative Code, in that Respondent has failed to maintain the qualifications established in ‘ ‘Section 943.13(7), Florida Statutes, which require that a Correctional and Instructor Officer in the State of Florida have good moral character and which gives rise to a disciplinary action against Respondent's Correctional and Instructor certification, 4. . This Administrative Complaint is issued pursuant to Sections 120.60, 943.12(3) and 943,1395(6) and/or (7), Florida Statutes, Any proceedings coricerning this Complaint shall be conducted pursuant to Sections 120,569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, and Rules 11B-27, 28- | 106, and 28-107, Florida Administrative Code.
