Aspenleiter, Respondent. / ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, files this Administrative Complaint against the Respondent, Nancy L. Aspenleiter. The Commission seeks to impose disciplinary action upon the referenced individual based on the following allegations: 1. Respondent was certified by the Criminal Justice Standards. and Training Commission on April 29, 1998, and was issued Law Enforcement Certificate Number 182145. 2. (a) On or between July 26, 2001 ana February 24, 2005, the Respondent, Nangy L. Aspenleiter, did fail to Maintain true and/or accurate records of a charitable fundraiser. (pb) On or between July 26, 2001 and February 24, 2005, the Respondent, Nancy L. Aspenleiter, did fail to register with the state of Florida, prior to initiating a charitable fundraiser. 3. A. This Administrative Complaint is issued pursuant to Sections 120.60, and 943,.1395(6) and/or Wy Florida Statutes. Any proceedings concerning this Complaint shall be conducted pursuant to Sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, and Rules 11B-27,. 28+106, and 28-107, Florida Administrative, Code. Mediation is not available ‘under Seetien 120.573, Florida Statutes. . WHEREFORE, it is alleged that the Respondent, Nancy L.
