A copy of the Order is attached to this Final Order as Exhibit A. BACKGROUND This matter involves a challenge to “small scale” comprehensive plan amendments adopted by the City of Callaway by Ordinance Nos. 811, 813 and 815 on November 28, 2006, hereinafter referred to as the “Plan Amendments.” The Petitioner challenged the Plan Amendments by filing a Petition with the Division of Administrative Hearings, as authorized by §163.3187(3), Fla. Stat. The Petitioner subsequently filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. The Administrative Law Judge issued an Order Closing File. ORDER WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED that the above-captioned proceeding is DISMISSED, and the comprehensive plan amendments adopted by City of Callaway Ordinance Nos. 811, 813 FINAL ORDER NO.
