On or about December 21, 2004, Respondent approached Keneth Revell of Santa Rosa, Florida at Reveli’s hurricane damaged house and represented himsel to Revell to be a civil engineer representing Reveli’s homeowner’s insurance company, Respondent conducted a physical inspection of the damage to Revell’s home on that date and again on or about December 23, 2004. On or about January 6, 2005, Respondent further represented to Res {1 that he had. prepared an “engineet’s report” on the damage but would not release it until he ‘was licensed in 1 Florida, 6. Based on the foregoing, Respondent violated Section 471.0380X6), Florida Statutes, by practicing engineering on an inactive license.
