FIGUERORA, Respondent. / ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT Petitioner, DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, ("Petitioner"), files this Administrative Complaint before the Board of Architecture and Interior Design against JOSE R. FIGUERORA, ("Respondent"), and says: 1 Petitioner is the state agency charged with regulating the practice of architecture pursuant to Section 20.165, Florida Statutes, and Chapters 455 and 48 1, Florida Statutes. 2, Respondent, is and has been at all times material hereto, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, having been issued license number AR 5808. 3, Respondent's address of record is 3611 SW 143! Avenue, Miami, Florida 33175. 4, On or about September 30, 2002, Metro Consultants, Inc., entered into an agreement to prepare architectural plans for a residential addition located at 3241 NW 6" Street, Miami, Florida. ~ 5. Metro Consultants, Inc., is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and therefore cannot enter into a contract to provide architectural plans. 6. Metro Consultants, Inc., hired the Respondent to provide the services under the contract, 7. On or about October 2, 2002, Respondent prepared the drawings for the above referenced project. 8.
