Dube, Owner 5407 Anna Drive Tampa, Florida 33610 Respondent holds license number R 9000016, effective December 29, 2004, license number C 8500183, effective February 2, 2007, license number E 0000265, effective June 15, 2006, and license number G 8602503, effective August 25, 2006, issued pursuant to Chapter 493, Florida Statutes. As set forth below, an investigation of Respondent by Petitioner has revealed facts that justify action provided for in Section 493.6118(2), Florida Statutes. Count} On or about January 4, 2007, in Hillsborough County, Florida, Respondent charged for expenses not actually incurred in connection with the recovery, transportation, storage, or disposal of a 53’enclosed Thermal King refrigerator trailer (personal property). Respondent is in violation of Section 493.6118(1)(u)2., Florida Statutes. Count I On or about 4, January 2007, in Hillsborough County, Florida, Respondent failed to maintain records in this state for a period of two years as required by Section 493.6121(2), Florida Statutes, Respondent is in violation of Section 493.6118(1)(t), Florida Statutes.
