RESTAURANTS, ("Petitioner’), files this Adminiatrative Carnplaint against TONY'S SPOTLIGHT TAVERN,
(‘Respondent’), and says:
1. Patitloner Is the state agency charged with regulating tha operation of public lodging establishments and
public food service establishments, pursuant to Section 20.185 and Chapter 509, Florida Statutes.
2, Respondent is, and has been at all times matarial hereto, licansed by or subject to the jurisdiction of the
Division of Hotels and Restaurants. The respondent's business address of record is 6748 MEMORIAL
HWY, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33615.The malling address of racord is TONY'S SPOTLIGHT TAVERN, at 8914
EXPOSITION DR, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33626. ;
3. Inspection of this establishment conducted pursuant to Sec. 508.032, Florida Statutes, ravealad vialations
of the provisions of Ghapter 08, Florida Statutes, and for the rules promulgated thereto governing
operation of the establishment The violation(s) found and applicable law are decribed in Exhibit "A,"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Inspection documents are attached as Exhibit "8",
