On April 20, 2009, the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles issued Final Order No. HSMV-09-527-S-DMV in the above styled case.

Accordingly, the Final Order number DMV-08-2560-S-DMV, entered on April 29, 2009 is hereby vacated and the Final Order, number DMV-09-527-S-DMV, entered on April 20, 2009 remains in full force and effect.
