C08-526 RICHARD ERIC HUGHES / COMES NOW, the Petitioner, Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board, hereinafter referred to as “Petitioner,” and files this Administrative Complaint against RICHARD ERIC HUGHES, hereinafter referred to as "Respondent," and alleges: 1..Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 75- 489, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2. Respondent is a Plumbing Contractor having been issued license I-CFC 1425937 (CFC1425937). Respondent's last known address is PO Box 1975, New Port Richey, FL 34656. 3. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for Bob’s OK Plumbing, Inc. COUNT ONE 4. The PCCLB received a complaint alleging Respondent obtained permit CB07-10776 for construction activity at 2400 Winding Creek Blvd., Clearwater, FL but allowed said permit to expire March 26, 2008. Failure to obtain inspection of the work as required is a violation of Section 105, Florida Building Code 2004 - Building; Section 489.129 (1)(0), Florida Statutes and Section 24(2)(n), Chapter 75-489, Laws of Florida, as amended. Based on the foregoing, Respondent violated Section 105, Florida Building Code 2004 - Building; Section 489.129 (1)(0), Florida Statutes; and Section 24(2)(d)(j)(m)(n), Chapter 75- 489, Laws of Florida, as amended.
