Petitioner is the state agency charged with regulating the practice of contracting pursuant to Chapter 20.165, Florida Statutes, and Chapters 455 and 489, Flexida Statutes, 2. Respondent is, and has been at all times material hereto, a Certified Roofing Contractor in the State of Florida, having been issued license Thamber ecce 51557, which is in current and active status. 3. Respondent is, and has been at all times material hereto, a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, having been issued license number CGC 62521, which is in current and active status. 5. Respondent is and at all times material hareto was doing business as Murray Construction Services, Inc, a construction qualified business in the State of Florida, having been issued license number QB 51557. 6, Respondent's addresses of record are: 1400 East Orange Avenue, Eustis, Florida 32726; 6 Perry Lané, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701; and, P.O. Box 180924, Casselberry, Florida 32718. 7. On or about July 24, 2008, a final judgment in the amount of $5,829.91 plus interest thereon, was obtained against Murray Construction Services, Inc., in faver of Sy’s Supplies, Inec., in Case Number 50 2008 SC 002359 XXXX MB (AD), in the County Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Floxida. 8. Respondent has failed to satisfy the aforementioned judgment. 10. Therefore, Respondent is in violation of Chapter 489.129(1) (q), Florida Statutes, by failing to satisfy, within a veasonable time, the terms of a judgment obtained against a licensee or the business organization qualified by the licensee, relating to the practice of the licensee’s profession. . WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests the Construction Industry Licensing Board enter an Order imposing one or more of the following penalties: place on probation, reprimand the licensee, revoke, suspend, deny the issuance or renewal of the certificate of registration, require financial restitution to a consumer, impose an administrative fine not to exceed $5,000.00 per violation, require continuing education, assess costs associated with the investigation and prosecution, impose. any or all penalties delineated within Chapter 455.227(2), Florida Statutes, and/or any other relief the Board is authorized to impose pursuant to Chapters 455 and 483, Florida Statutes, and the rules promulgated thereunder.
