The Department hereby adopts the Order Relinquishing Jurisdiction and Closing File as its Final Order in this matter.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is CLOSED and the UD Trucks Dealer Sales and Servic e Agreement between Nissan Diesel America, Inc. and Dick Baird, Inc., d/b/a Bill Ray Nissan remains in full force and effect.
