The Respondent, AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION, issued the Petitioner, Asher Health Care, LLC, a final agency audit report dated December 8, 2009 advising Petitioner of an· alleged overpayment in the amount of $4,833.70 with a fine of $1,000.00 for a total amount due of $5,833.70. Petitioner has paid this amount to the Agency's Finance and Accounting Department and filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal.

Based on the foregoing, the alleged overpayments have been paid and the file is

CLOSED.
