ORDER VACATING FINAL ORDER HSMV-10-753-S-DMV AND ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION FOR STAY OF PROCEEDINGS AND SCHEDULING OF STATUS CONFERENCE
On May 25, 2010, the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Motor Vehicles, issued Final Order No: HSMV-10-753-S-DMV in the above styled case. Prior to the issuance of the Department's Final Order, the parties filed an Agreed Motion for Stay of Proceedings and Scheduling of Status Conference requesting that the Department stay the proceedings to "allow conclusion of the settlement discussions, drafting of paperwork, and completion of settlement". Therefore it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Final Order HSMV-10-753-S-DMV is
hereby vacated and the Agreed Motion for Stay of Proceedings and Scheduling of Status Conference is GRANTED. The parties shall file a status report with the Department within 45 days of the date of this order.
