This matter came before the Department for entry of a Final Order upon submission of an Amended Order Relinquishing Jurisdiction and Closing File by W. David Watkins, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, pursuant to Respondent's letter withdrawing the request for hearing, a copy of which is attached and incorporated by reference in this order. The Department hereby adopts the Amended Order Relinquishing Jurisdiction and Closing File as its Final Order in this matter.

Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Petitioner, C4J Group, LLC d/b/a Cart Smart of St. Augustine, be granted a license for the sale of the line-make Fairplay Electric Cars (FPEC) at 135-1 Cumberland Industrial Drive, St. Augustine (St. Johns County), Florida 32095, upon
