The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing File, and the Notice of Settlement And Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction as its Final Order in this matter.

Accordingly , it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall carry out the terms of the S ttlement Stipulation. The Department acknowledges that on December 7, 2010, Respondent pai the civil fine of $1,000 to the Department.
