FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL


Respondent Orange County School Board hereby adopts the Order Closing File issued by Administrative Law Judge Thomas P. Crapps on December 3, 2010 (attached hereto). The Orange County School Board issues this Final Order of Dismissal in this matter based upon Petitioner informing the School Board that it withdrew its protest regarding the Document Imaging and Conversion Services request for proposal, solicitation number 1006361RFP. Respondent hereby dismisses the bid protest of Petitioner DRS Group of Florida, Inc. with prejudice.
